Revive and Well exists because the best recovery tools in the world were locked behind spa memberships and hotel wellness suites - not because they had to be.

With more than 30 years as a home building and construction business owner, John Friesenhahn has spent his career helping clients design, specify and create homes built for how they actually want to live.
Over the years, more and more of those clients started asking for the same thing: a dedicated space for recovery and wellness — a home sauna, a cold plunge, a room built around feeling better, not just looking good. That pattern was too consistent to ignore. It became clear that home wellness studios weren't a passing trend, but a shift in how people think about their homes. Revive and Well was founded to meet that need — first for his own building clients, and now for anyone who wants the same standard of quality in their recovery routine that they'd expect in their home.
